Scripture Stack is a web-based memorization assistant that helps individuals and families memorize passages through interactive practice sessions, progress tracking, and speech recognition technology. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with both free and paid tiers.

3.3 Child Accounts

Parent accounts may create child accounts. Parents are fully responsible for their children's use of the Service and for ensuring compliance with these Terms. Child accounts have limited functionality and cannot create additional accounts.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free Tier

We currently offer a free tier that includes core features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free features at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

Future paid subscription tiers may include additional features such as unlimited child accounts, advanced analytics, and priority support. Subscription fees will be billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Acceptable Use

• Upload or share content that is offensive, harmful, or inappropriate

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

You retain ownership of all passages and content you create within the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

While we encourage memorization of various texts including religious passages, literature, and educational content, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any copyrighted material you upload.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCRIPTURE STACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
